quite high chance for Airpods 3, not sure about the pro though...

Just a little sharing for the benefit of all AirPod Pro users in case you run into the same situation...

So on Saturday morning, the left side of my AirPod Pro failed to be detected by all my devices. The right side was ok hence there was sound coming from it but totally nothing from the left. When I went to the settings, it just showed that ANC could not be activated because I didn't have both AirPods Pro in my ears. So I thought my AirPods Pro was busted, considering it was over 1.5 years already and I started fantasizing on what I could try next - maybe the Beats Studio Buds or Sony's XM3s while waiting for the next AirPods Pro. Decided to google my issue anyways and most articles say that it could be possible my ear tips are clogged. Now I do clean my ear tips every now and then so I didn't think this was the problem but nevertheless I removed them to have a look. Lo and behold, problem discovered: -

Anyways, I did buy a pair of third party ear tips previously but ended up not using them much since Apple's original ones still felt more comfortable, so I fished out the third party ones from storage and tried it. Yup, it works. Problem solved, but I still needed to get a pair of Apple original ear tips and decided to go back to our good friend google again. Found this: -

I went to a couple of Apple retailers on Saturday (Machines and Switch) and asked if they had them and they said no so I just ordered online. It shipped from Singapore (free shipping) and arrived in two working days via UPS

Come liao it’s fake. Serial number in airpod cannot register for warranty.
Return it then seller dispute say I didn include 1 wrapper in the return want rm50. Niama fakes sell for rm100. He sell rm300. If successful con earn rm200. If buyer return he make up bullshit to earn rm50 and get item back.
Luckily I have screenshot of seller telling me it’s genuine apple and Shopee refund me full.

I bought an original during 10-10 sale. Coz the price is 750. U can check the rumours in YouTube to see if the enhancements are what u want to see if u wanna wait.

My wife just bought the ori. The transparency mode is great. The fake sound quality is bad. And the stem pinching function sucks and doesn’t work half the time.

Btw look at the reviews carefully. Some are fake review. I saw 1 same account reviewing on airpod pro and AirPods 2.

Had mine claim in June this year.....one side is crackling but they replace both earpods but did not replace my charging case....
