Closed for all QCD apple authorise service centre

How do i know if my spatial audio is working?
and yes im using Apple Music

If your spatial audio icon in the control centre is animating, means it's working.

Based on some articles, only certain music videos have that enabled for now.

Its only music video is it?
Not music tracks?

I tried to register using the link above, and then when i selected "send in authorized centre" to repair. Even with the location services enabled and all, they asked me to send to Johore service centre??? which is 300KM away from me? HUH.

Should i just walk into Switch? But i didn't buy from Switch though.

i believe you can select Switch service center yourself, my browser disabled location service, i manage to select myself manually
yes, you can walk in Switch, Switch is Apple Authorized Service Provider in Malaysia, any Apple devices you buy elsewhere can send there
if you make appointment, you can jump queue (let say there are few walk in customers in front of you)

btw, whats wrong with your AirPod and need to send to Switch?

oh then can send to claim... so far peoples mentioned here all seems manage to get replaced

need to wait until they send back to SG and etc right?
Can't get replaced instantly? I bought August 2020.

usually wont replace immediately, dont think they send back SG, if they have replacement set, they will replace once diagnose the APP you send in is confirm with crackling sound and able to claim under the service program

they have SC in KL that has the APP diagnostic device. Early march I sent my APP to Machines in the curve and they gave me a new pairs after confirming that the previous one had problem, the turn around time was pretty fast though

How long is the turnaround time? One week or so? As i use my airpod pro for phone call daily. :3

all AASP have diagnostic service, they actually can diagnose immediately, but they have other customer devices sent in, probably depends on luck, if dont have many devices send in, it can be fast
for replacements, after they diagnosed, they will send in claim request to Apple, once approve they will replace for you (if they have replacement sets at the service center), otherwise need wait...

all of this, i would say average takes 5-7 working days.. base on my experience for sending in Apple stuffs to Switch AASP, sometime could be lucky enough to get replacement within 2-3 days

they wont tell you will get it in short time, you have to estimate more or less as stated in the service slip when you send in

Hi everyone, would like to ask does your AirPods Pro show on your iPhone device list? If I go online on iCloud I can see them but not on my iPhone. I have updated to the latest firmware and have registered the product.

not in iPhone device list, my iCloud dont have aas well, do you mean iCloud Find My (iPhone), you see your APP there?
