It beat wise for me last week as well (for LKR).

I just have a fraud transaction on BigPay yesterday. Suddenly a transaction pops up. Bigpay support also useless. Now cancelled my old card and get a new one. Seems like lots of frauds and scam with Bigpay. I think i will look into Transferwise instead. Lucky only RM40+ fraud transaction.

Last year got hit by fraudulent transaction they offered to reverse it... guess this year no more money? Either way only Bigpay gave me so much headache. Wondering if I should cancel it along with my parent's. It's just so damn bad now.

Yeah, not to mention the Indon guy scammer who keeps calling me via Whatsapp.

Yes, once i found an alternative, i will drop it. Not worth saving a bit of money for so much headache.

If it's purely for international spending, I find Wise save me more money than Bigpay. (I spend quite a bit in USD and GBP).

Yes, that's the purpose for use for BigPay...buy online USD and travelling. Now i just gotta jump ship.

I have some AUD in my australia bank account..

Are we able to use Instarem to convert AUD back to MYR as I realised currently I am not able to do so in Instarem (As I can only convert MYR to other currencies)?

instarem can only send from originating country... meaning to send aud from australia, you must have instarem australia account and send out from there

only wise can "pull" from other countries back to malaysia

i see, then wise is more advantageous in this aspect.. just checked with Instarem live chat support, they say can open instarem australia account but I would need to deactivate my instarem malaysia account first..
