Lads & Lasses, can I confirm that Wise has issued us Wise account holders a unique bank account number via J.P Morgan? Because it just says Wise Payments Malaysia when one is performing a DuitNow a.k.a Instant Transfer to it. I like the anonymity that one can receive funds without exposing their real name.

Used to be able to have anonymity via Bank of China (Malaysia) because they only support IBG (Inter-bank GIRO), but now, they started support DuitNow via account number, oh well.

You need SSN or ITIN to open it, unless u worked in US before or US citizen u can't get SSN, but ITIN u may get it in fiverr, there are tax agent who can help but u need to pay as much as $300-$500. it takes about 3-4months to get it. after u get it make sure u sign up via paypal.com/us the us version of paypal. For US business paypal, u may need another tax identity called EIN, this is similar like ITIN but for business. I believe u either need LLC for it or u may able to register for sdn bhd, i'm not sure

There is no other way to withdraw USD to US bank in paypal, else can just stick with MY paypal without going through all these hassle
