very jam already, traffic light and road width cannot cope with massive rising car traffic

after mrt completed, i wonder if any mrt shuttle bus would drive into that area.
if got, lg jam. no space for bus stop, once a bus stop, all car queue up and wait.

6k+ units located side by side each other. All 3 bedders size unit.
