I called Tadmax office just now... spoken to the marketing manager... according to him...
this compound was issue by DBKL ... on the licensing of metro kepong residence ( mizumi wip)

Discuss these inside mizumi buyer group...

May i where can i found the mizumi buyer group?
I yet to sign the snp... After saw thier name blacklisted, i hv ask the agent to hold on my snp. Feeling unsecure.

When is the estimate completion of mizumi? seems like now the progress is at the sky lounge. can finish this year end or early of next year?

This site usahawan has more amenity, compare to kepong baru site. Soon Kiara bay develop, more amenity exist in usahawan site.

The problem is too congested , too many condos/apartment located this area , the road is very small too (even smaller if someone double park). I don’t think kiara bay will benefit this side of usahawan. Only benefit the Luna and Pp1am ppl.

They will widen the road to double side lane, link to fadasan, kiara bay, mrr2.
