The road is a nightmare now except early morning (630AM). Always long queue for no reason. Moreover if nothing is done to improve the traffic inside, I think it will cause more traffic problem. Right now, everyday, you can see massive queue outside of closed Petronas waiting to turn in, around 6-7PM. Many fuckers resort to cutting queue and cause an even worse jam for other who wished to go straight (Aeon, Desa Jaya, Maluri).

Couldn’t agree more on this. With mizumi joined the current situation later, imagine how jam it gonna be. I don’t think the widening later will help because amount of ppl Is more. 😂. Have not even touch on how those ppl park outside henge.2 lane became 1 lane sometimes. 😭

Haha if your office located towards Sg buloh maybe can take mrt but that’s gonna be next year. If kl/Putrajaya only 2022. If elsewhere, you still need car. 😊

Better buy those at another side of Jln Kepong like 33Three Residence, Unio, First Residence 2, Lemanja etc.

MRT don't really solve the problem, it will just bring in more crowds & population. Also the insufficient parking bays for stations will worsen the in out traffic.

Dunno what else to say. More than 6k units on the 20 odd acres and sharing one access.. Must thanks KuNan.... Yes there is alternative access via Kiara Bay in future however unlikely anyone else going to use this alternative access to KL. In fact most like Kiara Bay will use the alternative access more frequent.

The kepong skyline from Kiara Bay or Henge/Mizumi would "never be the same" (with high density buildings)

To me location very important, next to main road without traffic light the best, without traffic light all the way to Jalan Kuching Highway, Duke Highway, Genting, Penchala Link, Sprint Highway, Kerinchi Link, PLUS etc

the environment is not there yet. only a gallery to feel for now.

kepongmas despite lowest psf, could hav better workmanship than this.
