Fixing Unemployment Supply & Demand... but it must begin with demand first
Demand
- HR Ministry collect data of jobs available (current n future) from public/private employers
- compulsory for all employers sent data to HR ministry (how many retired, new recruitments, etc)
- analysis of job mismatch
- data sent to Education ministry
Supply
- Education ministry limit intake of courses based on jobs demand input
- Priority to critical, high-demand, technical tvet jobs
- Impose quota students intake to all public/private uni colleges to prevent oversupply
- PTPTN also reduce cost as less students apply for useless unrelated mismatched degrees
- those exceed limit revoke their college operating license
Simple n effective solution!

Bro, this is a very good idea.
With AI technology now, pretty sure it's doable. The education sector needs to synergise with job market now so can reduce this mismatch.
I've always thought the country needs 1 super database of every citizen, managed by JPN let's say. Different govt agency got different access depending on what's relevant to them eg Polis may wanna know saman history, JPJ wanna know cars under person's name, etc, but it is all connected.
Right now it isn't as connected, deswai dead people also can still be eligible to vote. It should've been automatic, when someone died, when the family report to JPN or state jabatan agama, the database updated, SPR would've known and no need to keep those names around to be abused as phantom voter.
So MoHR and MoE can share info, with AI can project trend, etc so on as you suggest.
