i was comparing to the 2 storey housing. Because thats the expensive type in johor.

If you want to compare high rise then it's no point, cause the price different between the two is huge.

If ten years ago, i can buy bungalow at good location d

Personally, i would say it’s expensive. I recently bought a house in Shah Alam for 700++ and i think that is crazy expensive too considering my sister bought a house of the same size few hundreds meter away for 320 in 2012 sweat.gif
