TO update your BIOS is quite easy really, follow these steps;

download 2 files there, even if you don't understand chinese you can see that there are 2 files for you to click on (right-click save target as and point to a location in your harddisk) ;

After you've downloaded both files, just run SWinFlash2034.exe, there will be an entry field for you to Specify new BIOS file, just point to where you've downloaded your Z03_3619.WPH and click on the FLASH BIOS button --> and that's it~!
I've used it, and it's stable and help solves the issue with keyboard lagging.
