imo, all it doesn't gives out refurbished product, coz their inventory stocks are from acer malaysia. if u really did get an refurbished product, then its must be acer or highpoint giving out refurbished sets to all it and then to u. Thanks for the advices

and its not acer @ TS, its highpoint service centre, appointed/authorised service centre for acer products in malaysia.
