Funny though. Never knew they want Liverpool to win this. Guess, there is nothing to watch anymore.

Watch the replay. Definitely penalty looks like they want Liverpool to win it this, season.

The forward 3 never lack of energy and pace.
They need a creative no.10 to create a more balance combination.

I don't want to drag in Lingard.
But provided the starting 3 is within Rashford + Martial + James + Greenwood, then Mata is certainly a better choice.

This prove it why.
https://thebusbybabe.sbnation.com/2019/11/9...solskjaer-right

Yes he is lacked of pace, but he know how to run into position and play 1-2 well when we near the box.
That is what lack by us when opponent is parking the bus.
That is also why AP is especially useless in those match, because he dunno how to run, and lack in creativity.
Even Fred has created more chance than AP in this match which we has a lot of space. And Fred is playing as a DM.

But yes, Mata cannot play every match since he is old.
So no way, sometimes we need to play AP.

Saying AP and Mata both has pro and cons is acceptable for me.
Yet if someone said AP > Mata in the no.10 role, that is absolutely ridiculous.

The article quoted partizan match. That match, i dont think they parked the bus.

No ball watching, getting behind the defenders, creating chances, actually defending.

if look at the stats now not much diff than city. city lost 3 times, we lost 4 times, and draw too much. seems epl gettting tougher. pool winning all but one, is kinda crazy.

city also cannot perform as strong as last season liao after losing kompany, laporte and now ederson. we have to cope with smalling, young, jlingz every season.

Drop young permanently for Williams/Shaw, slowly replace Lindelof with Tuanzebe. Pogba need to buck up or get a better replacement to play as Midfield diamond. Have a better squad already.

anyway, looking at the table standing now, quite surprising, all would be expecting liverpool and man city to be top 1&2, didnt expect point gap so huge between them..and who would expect a "rebuilding" chelsea to be so far ahead, and despite manutd losing and drawing almost every match, still at no.7, just one point behind arsenal...and haven't even mention tottenham yet..

come lets root for leicester this year..lulz

Yes but defensively the Blue half of the city is nowhere near last year after losing Kompany and Laporte.

On the other hand, the other team can just outscore their opponent(s) for fun if they wish to. That's how strong their fire power is.
