This is my source: my uni's library.
Gonna graduate this June, so only a few months of opportunities left to use them.
And no, I am not sifu haha (otherwise won't be jobless until now...)

CDS data are hard to obtain from non-proprietary source and there is no market price for it (it's highly illiquid). I guess only Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon and maybe Morningstar Direct have it.
Other ways may include OTC dealings with investment banks directly.
Hahah guessed it, better appreciate when you have access. I was so spoiled with how easy it is to have all the data immediately with the Term, still sneaking into my uni library from time to time as an alumni. Reuters cheaper than Bloomberg but still pretty absurd in pricing for retail traders. Maybe when I have >10M AUM la » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Personally tried to 'model' CDS pricing with bond prices, and some macro data eg forex balances, trade deficit etc. Not perfect but might be an alternative to live CDS feed. Ended up deciding that it's not worth the effort to model something inaccurately when there's the real thing behind a paywall.
