Friends I need your opinion on the user of cheek pads in helmets? I am using wireless earplugs which don't go with the cheek pads, it becomes a disaster to remove without doing one of the earplugs. So how much do the cheek pads justify to stay in their place? Can I just remove them?

Without the cheek pad your helmet is gonna be too loose and there will be nothing to prevent your teeth from smashing into your chin bar. a full face helmet is not considered fitted unless the cheek pad is pressed against the cheeks...
don't buy a full face helmet only to use it like a 3/4 face

I don't think that's normal some cheekpads have peelable layers to reduce thickness some helmets can be accessorize with thinner cheekpads another reason could be the helmet is to low, check that you have about 1 finger width of space between eyebrow to top of visor window, by pushing the chin bar upwards to roll the helmet back, see if this improves the comfort
