how do you claim the RM5000 warranty?

Went jalan-jalan today and I saw this joystick selling at a promotional price of RM69. The lady said clearing stock so very cheap. Outside box a bit old but the joystick is new.
Lazy to check prices so I bought it straight away. Anybody know how much it is in West Malaysia? P.S. Now can drive better in DiRT but the drain is as inviting as ever!!! Attached thumbnail(s)
