For Tower B, most of the Types B n C shd hv been snapped up esp for those unable to get choice units in Tower A.

No la. Suncon is the main contractor and most of the works are sub to other contractors who have proven themselves for many years.

Others like Gamuda, SP Setia, Ecoworld also have their preferred main contractors.

Only Chin Hin is trying to do that with a kitchen cabinet company, a building materials supplier etc. They believe that when you eat steak, you must rear cows!

Tower B is at what level now.

My brother bought a landed unit in Bandar Kinrara at the early stage n it was good with no jam n a great scenery. But there was very few shops n no schools.
Now, practically everything is there and so are the jams.

Flora location is decent. The light industries is not an issue. There are a few service workshops which is convenient to those who use it. The water tanks are there to serve it’s purpose.

The coming commercial zone is much welcomed.
