Type B n C I think almost all sold much earlier.
Those remaining are Type A n those not so suitably located.

I think preferred type B n C in Tower B also selling well.

And I think for a first time buyer, it’s always good to ensure a reputable developer so that yr unit don’t get delayed or worse still abandoned. And the tenants mix do play an important part.

As for investment, you set your objectives n work towards it. I don’t fancy property investments n prefer dividends/ equity investing.

Not that I know of. Brochure also not stated. Could be on another piece of land not under Flora.

The former gallery is where the second Tower is built and the shop lots are part of that Tower. The gallery would have been demolished and some show house units will most probably be displayed above the facilities floor.

As far as Flora is concerned, there are only 2 towers n both are the same design except that the shop lots are in the second tower. There’s a slight increase in prices in second tower n Type C is doing well as only limited units in first tower.
