That's a good point. Meaning you're paying more (as per SPA) than what you get (as per strata title). What's your lawyer's remark on whether this is a common thing (just ensure the developer pays back the difference) or it's unusual?

I agree with tesoon, the pros for me are the developer and project itself, the rest are cons which are everything outside, I just wish it was put in a different surrounding, then I would have gone for it
