That's definitely true.
So might as well take it and not ask for rebate, because it includes the oven hob hood set, which will also be higher priced when you buy it 4 years later

I think this project will be perfect if they turn the kinrara traffic light can be u-turn directly back to bukit jalil highway. There is lack of u-turn place after pass taman ltat , which prolong the driving experience alot

tesoon, I mean hopefully Sunway will include its now-owned Giant side in its integrated development plan for Sunway@BktJalil, then from Flora over to the Giant side with raised up walkway crossing the Bkt Jalil highway

Why personally attached to Bkt Jalil?
I also notice that they contribute to quite some projects in Bkt Jalil.

psf is not cheap for Bkt Jalil area but it's a good developer.
Wish it'll have future projects on the other side of the highway, near its recent acquisition (Giant complex).

I admit I was interested in BJ area so kept checking out new projects in BJ, but Hermes mentioned that for the past 10 years many people actively post in BJ property forums.
Maybe it's just that there's a closer sense of community in BJ (not just PH)

SJ now there's: Teja (almost sold out I think), Pinnacle, Metropark, Alora, Dorsett, but not as many as BJ/Kinrara

the road is just too narrow

luckily now new townships all do wider roads

Aaron, you're right, even if we major overhaul the old house, the neighborhood can't be changed. So have to look at the neighborhood when choosing subsales
