how to define matured.. for example.. in directx9 for ATI the first card is radeon 9700 and X1950XT is the last in the DX9 range of hardware.

and for nvidia, geforcefx is DX9 in its first form and 7900GTX is the last or was it called matured DX9 card.

for ati/nvidia, it takes abt 3 generations of their range of cards for DX9 to reach where it is now.

sad.gif sorry, actually what i wanna know is they took how long to develop until get the stable generation (3rd generation).. may be 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or ....
