Yea man.. I realise huawei backup is a bit sucky. You cannot deselect gallery when doing backup to cloud. Waste my space consumption. How do you guys go about it?

mate 30 camera is good enough to me
for storage, can add micro SD card, old photo/video can move to the card

so no need spend another 2.2k (zerolution price) upgrade to pro

This is actually quite absurd. The price difference of the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro is really huge. I know that the Mate 30 Pro is the best seller but the amount of incentives thrown towards the Mate 30 really puzzles me. Imagine an additional of Rm2.2k to top up on the mate 30 Pro instead of the Mate 30 where the RRP price of the Mate 30 Pro against the Mate 30 is not as much as Rm2.2k.....

How do you calculate this comparison ? Was it between two M30 and two M30pro? Just checking my own calc (which was incorrect... )

maxis one plan 158 + new sub line 48
2x mate 30 zerolution 99*24 = 2367
2x mate 30 pro zerolution 189*24 = 4536
price different upgrade to pro 4536 - 2367 = 2169


maxis one plan 128 + new sub line 48
2x mate 30 zerolution 119*24 = 2856
2x mate 30 pro zerolution 209*24 = 5016
price different upgrade to pro 5016 - 2856 = 2160


2.2k to upgrade both phone to pro is depend personal

What I meant was that Telcos and Huawei themselves are giving incentives to push out the Mate 30 because the Mate 30 is not selling as well as the Pro version. Same story with the Mate 20 series and P30 series where the Pro version sold better leaving many stocks of the normal version.

Thinking again.. the difference in the maxis pricing is almost the same as the difference between RRP between the two models... RM3,899-2,799 = rm1,100... Times two phones is RM2,200...

Select merge contacts or Delete contacts without numbers.

inside the huawei cloud setting there can be disable.

It will still auto backup gallery eventho you disable it. You try and see.

yeah, did this too. too bad phone and google account have similar issues. it still show the contact "abc@abc.com" on my contact list. Wish have the Show Phone Number only Contact on List same like my Galaxy Phone.
