Just put the number in front and the letter after that like 1J, 123JAC and so on and here we can rerun the whole series of car registration number...

Well there are already creative ppl who uses number 1 as the alphabet I. For example MAT 1

Seriously when KL plate runs out again with the “V” what next? The only unused starting alphabets are E, X & Y correct me if I’m wrong. Or one or more of it already used in “special edition” plate?

So no choice but to revert back to the format with another alphabet at the end of numbers. Was looking forward to this last time as an upcoming series contain my initial but they stopped it & changed to “V”.

So Johor will reached JYY somewhere around 2026.

Does anyone have idea of when the other series started to run out? I'm predict V run out 1st after J series considering it's already on verge finishing VM_ right now and start the VN_ sequence, followed by B and P. I'm pretty surprised Penang P series are slowly caught out with B series because last few weeks my cousin purchase new car with PRH (currently on PRJ) while Selangor are on BRX just barely almost finished the BR_ sequence.

Or perhaps people in Kuala Lumpur buy cars more quickly and in greater quantities compared to those in Selangor?
