Yours is in which week was it manufactured?
Mine is W30. But I think my number 7 is about to crack.

Mine is original too.
To check the manufacture date,just open the battery case,and take out the batter. You should see something like "07W25" like that at the back of the phone.

Just tried sending the phone to the service center in avenue K. Unfortunately,there's no stock for the keypad and it'll arrive in 1 or 2 weeks.
They also said that they'll replace it for free,which is good enough. But I do hope the keypad they'll replace it with will be much better.

my s500i .... when i use normal calling or answering, there is no sound through the ear piece!!
when i use loud.speaker can, handsfree can...anyone hav tis problem?

i just bought my s500 RM 1020 Thorus set wif 512 MB m2...... weak 30... i hope my keypad not so easy break.....
so i love this phone !
mmm, xSaberx din u test the phone out in the shop b4 paying ?

Hmmm guys, i solve the problem.....its something link to ur USB to Handphone cable i dunno whether some of u out there hav tis problem o not lo. JUs now i try plug the USB cable then switch to phone mode and try dial, the earpiece has back alive! So i guess maybe the plug makes the earpiece got problem..lolz not sure, still finding the problem  thx guys out there |
