Skylight - Natural Sun Light redirected into House, Anyone installed?

Hi,
Anyone install skylight on roof top so that natural sun light can be redirected into house. Pros: Have a brighter indoor environment without electricity consumption Cons: Installation may cause leakage on roof top What do you guys think ? Worth to install skylight on roof top ?   |

For me, I personally like this skylight as i live in intermediate double storey house. Not like the corner unit, we can only obtain Sun light at the front and back of the house.
I would like to install skylight on the ceiling above the staircase towards second floor. Once installed, natural Sun light will be coming from side of the house. Really feel like living in corner unit. The center area of the house becomes brighter especially in the morning |
