So far only Digi offering Airsim, other telco might be coming soon.

My phone already have Digi eSim n Maxis simcard. After activate digi, looks like can add one more plan for my maxis, but got message said maxis no available data yet.

try rebooting both phone and watch, Off both device -> on phone, wait until boot up and unlock -> on watch, wait until boot up, and unlock -> check for update

GDex delivered to my office cause can’t collect on behalf 😅

Told me at Melaka only shipped two AW5 from Digi LOL.

maybe the long loading is your old watch is backing up in the background. mine did it that just now. so many times reset and repair. but yea need to update it for it to properly sync

Digi indoors now slightly better now that they have Band 5 LTE (850MHz).

Maxis LTE is really good, but they’re too stingy with data volume. So I went to Umobile because they gave more data, then to Digi when they launched their unlimited plan

glad it works for you, I was facing this yesterday haha, but I had the developer profile, so I removed it and rebooted the watch, but still doesn't work, so end up rebooting both device then can already.

I just got my AW5 from Gdex, need to wait tonight baru unbox and setup, congrats to all new AW5 owners! (fingers crossed we get ECG approval soon sad.gif )

I got aw5 at 8.00am from the delivery guy. But until now haven’t opened yet 😙
