So is there any plan for c and m will be upgrading  to volte?

I work in telco industry and I haven't heard anything about that.

I seem to remember one of them saying that they prefer to focus on other aspects of network features when yes/digi/umobile first launched volte

correct. now confirmed by Digi twitter: https://twitter.com/digitelco/status/1185101181166637056
AW Cellular not only requires VoLTE and eSIM system certified by Apple. Maxis/Celcom don't have VoLTE. Actually in terms of Apple device carrier features, Digi is most advanced followed by Umobile in Malaysia.
*
I believe that Celcom n Maxis will have VoLTE very soon. Agreed with you that Digi and U Mobile is advance than Celcom Maxis.

I like their VoLTE and VoWiFi. But, have to leave Digi due to Digi poor indoor coverage.

I agree that Maxis will probably launch in a few months, they can’t stand being second to launch any exclusive thing lol

Digi indoors now slightly better now that they have Band 5 LTE (850MHz).

Maxis LTE is really good, but they’re too stingy with data volume. So I went to Umobile because they gave more data, then to Digi when they launched their unlimited plan

Maxis at my area iPhone 6s get 200mbps, My dear Celcom highest reached around 30mbps (normally around 10mbps) with 11 Pro Max.

Maxis network quality really good. But price high.

Make sure your Telco support it first. Few years ago, Celcom also said will have VoLTE. But😊😊😊

So, the most important is your Telco support it. And the monthly charges on Watch esim is reasonable. Later they charge RM30 per month and add extra 1GB to you. Hahahahahha

Should be possible, yes. Our Apple Watch model is the same as Singapore’s one:

Regarding ECG, I think it only requires that the Watch is officially purchased in Singapore. You don’t need to activate it there, if I’m not mistaken

Actually you cannot activate with MY iPhone, MY Line or MY Apple ID. But if your Apple ID activate with ECG before. There is a ECG bound with your Apple ID. That’s why most important is your device from ECG country.

If you buy from ECG country, ECG country device + ECG country line. No issue to activate.

Like Chinese, they bought the HK AW and go to Shenzhen/Guangzhou connect to HK roaming and activate. Hahahaha like we go JB near SG and connect to SG roaming.

ECG country AW cannot activate ECG at non-supported country. I think they detect your location while you activate. But you can login with ECG activated Apple ID at non-supported country with your device that bought from ECG country.

Anyone with a Cellular version of AW5 can share how is the battery life on a standard day-to-day usage? Thinking of getting the cellular version so I can leave my phone behind when I go for my outdoor runs and gym sessions.
