I always use iTunes to backup to PC first. Backup with password.
Connect the new iPhone to iTunes and do a restore.

Oh I see, because migrate old to new is very easy.

Migration via phone to phone can only be established if you're on the same iOS version.

In this case, since it's iOS11 vs iOS13, it won't work because I faced the same issue upon migrating from iPhone 6+ to iPhone 11 Pro.

So, have to backup data from iPhone 6+ to iTunes first, and then restore it back to iPhone 11 Pro.

Yup correct, so old phone has updated to new version iOS 13.3

And when migrating, new phone also required to update to iOS 13.3, took quite some time to work around yesterday night but ended up get nothing, have to erase new phone and re-try

Worst case scenario, backup to iCloud (buy 50GB is not enough space) or back up to iTunes

Updated:
Re-try and it now migrated successfully 😁

1. Erase for new iPhone
2. Update new iOS 13.3 while migrating
3. All good now

Around 40 min is taken

No, Machines and Switch are just authorised resellers. Apple has an official store in Bangkok smile.gif

Okay, now I know the difference between authorised resellers and Apple Store.

I’m now visiting Apple Store in Taipei and a lot a lot of times selling here and totally different service obviously...

I seen a lot of discussion about buy iPhone 11 vs pro vs pro Max. So many people say buy the pro Max, but I really think that regular 11 is enough for 95% people.
Please share some regrets you have for phone you bought. Do you regret buy 11 pro max because you not using most the feature? Or do you regret buy regular 11 because you lacking feature?

For me no regrets to bought iPhone 11 (not pro Or pro Max).

I just want iOS device, no need high resolution and biggest screen for me as I was changed from iPhone 6S plus to iPhone 11, high jump for me still... so far satisfying my phone.

Just gotten my iPhone 11 128gb black. Back into iOS after 9 years of Android after iphone 4 & iPad1 back on 2010/2011.

Having problem pairing via Bluetooth to my Garmin Fenix 5 plus. Wondering if this is a iOS issue..... Phone is still using iOS 13.5.1

I’m using iPhone 11 with recently updated to iOS 14.0.1 now and no issues to pair with Garmin Venu watch.

And before update, no issues as well, perhaps you can restart both devices and try again
