Anyone got any insight about flipping a house which is built beside rumawip projects? How does it affect the selling point when matured? Since this project is exactly opposite of their rumawip project.

i saw still quite a lot of listings on property sites and also social media for hipster

Most low middle floors are cleared. Like view left not many. Some cheap units face brick wall of other block. |
