I'd suggest you visit the sales gallery in person and enquire with the sales staff there if you don't want to deal with 3rd party SAs.

That's what I did for new launch projects.

From 388 onwards, corner most lowest most. Most units 921Sq, but got limited 1800 selling at 800k. Leasehold, 45 floors, first 10 are parking.

The 5K discount is just a marketing gimmick where developer mark up and give you back the rebate. This was told by an honest agent I know. DP is 3% for this project, that's all.

The show unit is at Desa Sentral Sales Gallery. Just Waze and you'll be able to find. It is exactly located at the previous Desa Water Park.

Damn the Kepong development yeah. Hopefully they learn from this.
Planning to go their showroom this Sunday to check it out and take few turns around that area to see if it fits.
