The scanning drains more battery juice hence turned it off. Better to manually turn on when needed.

You can always turn and leave it ON, than monitor to see how much juice it consumes.

Well, if you have it turned ON, it will automatically switch from mobile data to Wifi when within proximity/rage of the wifi you have saved in your list.

I will turn on wifi that you use frequenly, like home wifi when you near your home.
I will not turn on wifi if wifi like mamak, fast food that you use once or twice, even you save in your device
Have been watching screen on wifi setting when near home, it will auto flip to ON itself, when you leave home it will flip OFF
Still no idea how it detect

My note10+ on average has an hour + SOT greater than previous Note9 ( with 7 to 8 hours SOT) without gaming
I am sufficiently happy with it

Dual sim does consume a bit more juice but still 4 hours of SOT is very low. I am getting 7 hours SOT on my S10+ running dual sim. Something is not quite right with your battery discharge.

If Samsung SC checked and claims that there is nothing wrong with your battery, than it's quite hard to argue with them on this. Try your luck again before your warranty ends.

well..im getting around the same as u also with dual sim...but ofcoz with some light gaming time la...but still..i'm okay with it since it can last me 1 whole day...

I am wondering does any one have charging issues with their note 10?

Yeah I can see, sadly based on your SOT and usage, that is a pretty sad case. One more option you can try is so factory reset your phone and install all your apps from scratch, instead of using Smart Switch to restore from your previous backup. Might be worth a shot if you have the time to spare.
