Do some comparison tests if u still hv the Exynos version when u get the SD.

Test wifi and mobile connections at weak spots around ur house and office.

Yea, I suspect it's the antenna for LTE.

Watching videos on the N10 is more enjoyable too, as the sound is more balance on both sides.

Yea, I did this, but when pressed, it jumped straight to Samsung calculator full screen.

Not much improvement to me.

Installed everything from scratch, only transferred photos and SMS via Smart Switch.

Don't know just coincident or what, after resetting everything on Saturday, noticed the slow switching from 3G back to 4G on Sunday at Leisure Mall (those who frequent this place know the 4G is quite strong).

Just pull all my battery stats screenshots into Excel.
I filtered out weekends, public holidays, MC and outstation days.

With my meager data sample of 8, here r my numbers:
Battery time:
avg: 24.55 hours
max: 32 hours
SOT
avg: 5.48 hours
max: 6.48 hours

Considering all the data (22 instead of the 8 above):
max battery time is 36 hours (5.42 SOT),
max SOT is 7.23 hours (19.48 battery).

Setup: dual SIMs (unifi, maxis).
Brightness: adaptive
Resolution: FHD+ 1080, night mode
Mobile data, wifi, location always on.
Typical usage: browsing, WA, youtube n no gaming.

Did i miss anything else?

Anyone know of any app that can capture the signal of a door/security card into the phone, since N10 has NFC and MST function?

Saw a M20P with Hpay app that has a section for access card, and it really opened the security gate before the lift of a commercial building.

It will be handy as sometimes we could forget to take the cards along, but not the phone.

Nope. My colleague has Huawei Pay in his Mate 20 pro, which he got it from China.

In that app, it has this card cloning capability.

Yesterday i tried NFC Tools app, it can read my card, but i didn't know how to save the signal n use it.

'Cards - Mobile Wallet' app cant read that card of mine.

Snapdragon first use already giving me 8h 11m SOT

Every setting, apps, home and lockscreen wallpapers same as Exynos.

My Exynos best was 7h 14m SOT with 19h 29m standby.


The SD version uses 5 bars to indicate signal, vs Exynos of 4, still need to see if the antenna is better.

Also, u can see it indicates 3G for the non-data network (useful if u accidentally turn 4G on. i think it's better to use 2/3G as the signal is normally stronger)

In the drop down notification, there are 2 extra options: 'Capture screen' and 'VoLTE' (on/off)

Oh, in case zoixc is wondering, yes the SD version battery does drop from 100% not long after unplugged.

See if u can trigger 3G mode via Bixby Routines.
