There is no correct answer - just do what you don't need. Don't disable if you are unsure what it is
Only the paid version allow one to disable most app

These figures only give you an orgasmic feel good factor if you have any of those top tier ones ?
I am not a photo guy - even the one plus6t photos I am happy with it though "experts" think otherwise

I wish to say again this Note 10+ is still the best Android I had used to date. Absolutely no regrets buying it. Highly recommended especially if you need the Spen.
However I had not used latest op7 series which many had praised Vs note10. My last op was op6t

My note10+ on average has an hour + SOT greater than previous Note9 ( with 7 to 8 hours SOT) without gaming
I am sufficiently happy with it

I did a comparison before - not a significant difference between FHD and WQHD resolution in battery life. Why not maximize screen resolution than ?!

Mine without gaming easily at least 8 to 9 hours SOT
Low SOT probably due to weak LTE/WiFi or heavy uncontrolled wakelocks. Google to understand what are wakelocks. First thing I always do on a new Android phone is manually set all refresh rates to my own taste instead of allowing it's default settings. You will be surprised how much one can gain in battery life. It is a only one time exercise and your settings stay even with firmware updates

No such app
Basically go into every app that need data refresh . Check its settings or options or whatever and change its default refresh settings to one you need. Some app default could be as low as 15 mins. Example I had my weather change to every 4 hours instead of one, tweeter feed to an hour instead of 15 mins
Is a bit tedious initially ( if one have a lot of such app) but is only a one time task.

Only app that need to refresh it's data by accessing the internet. Not every app has that feature
What particular app were you looking at?
Example weather, news feed, tweeter, mail etc. You need to drill down the app settings or options to find it
Example Samsung default weather app - you can check its default refresh rate at settings of the widget

Yes you can - manually set the refresh rate yourself. I had been doing it for years on all my Android

Yes HW phones generally had better standby time vs Samsung

I take very good care and phone well protected in flipcase
I had demo in front of my friend proofing is simply impossible to scratch using keys, coins and dragging a blade over it
Only material harder than glass such as sand, diamond could scratch it
I really don't understand why some are willing to pay up to rm100+ for just a piece of it
However if you are in a dusty environment always perhaps than you would need it
