Good luck with the LAD claim. The developer is well protected by the ridiculous KPKT EOT.

tribunal claim max 50k, 1yr from ccc

bring to court then higher claims and longer time frame, but need experienced lawyer.

btw my spa is on Oct. not much to claim maybe.

Sorry, I don't own anything in Mutiara Hill Top. I’m speaking from the perspective of Duta Park Residence.

However, I’m pretty sure the developer managed to get the stupid one sided EOT for Mutiara Hill Top as well.

In my view, this decision is clearly one sided as the buyer’s perspective has been totally overlooked.
The Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) is final and binding, and it should be upheld regardless of external factors.
It is concerning to see that while the interests of one party have been addressed but what about buyers?
Can we take legal action against the government for making such an irrational decision?

Managed to call the developer, PIC mention that the expected delivery date is on Q4 of 2025.

Q4 2025 looks kinda impossible from the latest video above, if you say Q2/Q3 2026 more plausible
