48 mths from SPA date... Depends when you sign SPA.

Base on the current construction, dont think it can complete at 2024, even doubt can complete on 2025 q2 also.

Visited the sales gallery recently and really love the view and greeneries. Main concern is the location and accessibility. But if good location and accessibility the price won't be the same.

That location is seriously good for living and facing a reserved forest. Accessibility wise, should be still ok as you just need to drive for about 10 mins can reach HERO MARKET? The shoplots nearby Hero market has all the necessity.

On the other hand, you may turn into the shoplots in Saujana Puchong but maybe limited choices if compare to Hero market that town...

Common sense la, this not landed property, bawah belum siap, atas how to complete orh? U move in 1 year earlier stay amongst the construction work?

As per my understanding .. no developer will put the exact completion date although they knew it. They will put targeted completion or expected to be completed by when n when...

The clause that I stated would be the date that will protect buyer n developer... So if u signed SnP earlier n it reaches the completion date earlier but the developer not yet VP for you. Then u untung, bring it to Tribunal to get LAD from developer.

The later u sign snp the lesser chance for u to get lad from developer. Unless the development take longer than 48 mthns to vp base on ur snp stamp date.

In another word that is the fastest the developer VP for you. The lesser interests you pay to the bank... Unless you are cash buyer... It will not affect you...

Mutiara Hilltop buyers, you can expect this view almost every time after heavy rain. Even Laman Granview on the hilltop can hardly be seen.

I bought level 23...hope the view is good .
