Factor: Internal Cooling
Reason: Restrictive intake mechanism since in the old days other component doesn't required so much of cooling aids as much as now days with gc, nb and sb producing enough heats ..
Factor: Limited Space
Reason: Tower cooler wasn't popular at that point of time
once again bring up A05 as point of discussion
anyone that uses it before knows that this case despite of its small size, it still could fits in tower cooler easily without cramping the case ..

Well, yeah, you got a point there. But from the demand and design of the V1200, who knows its already 4 years old. 
But the same thing happened to the TJ06 as well though which is still a new case. Barely 1 or 2 years old.

ya, this is one of the negative point have one the V1200 and V2000 case, But the same thing happened to the TJ06 as well though which is still a new case. Barely 1 or 2 years old.

but just wait for new version of the V2000 case,
they notice this problem and shirnk the bottom hdd space,
and let the mobo space become bigger,
the tower cooler mounting wont be a problem after tat~
