Basically both have the same or almost identical internal and external structure .

the most visible different would be the extra kit that comes with the plus model .. some air ducts and side fan if not mistaken ..

Faster get the SATA burner to replace the current roms lah ..

that would inject a more deadly venom into sniper69 ....

make him cry for not having one of this to cure his decease ... haha

hahah ... if u want quality burner then Pioneer would be one to get from local shop lah ..

if u want something even better go for Plextor .. but would be more expensive .. it's available at SLS .. once a while ..

It's a rig build with products that being market for about a year long already .

no P35, X38, DDR3 or 8800GT .....

yah yah ..... can't wait for more Lian Li owner to report in ...

the reason that I have the reservoir just above pump coz if I put it at top of the HDD cage then where should I put the rom ? and I don't want to mount it horizontally coz it would be hard to fill up the liquid ...

another issue is I don't want to drill any hole at the rom cage ... I try to get it done without altered too much...

Coz the radiator barb doesn't aligned with the casing's pass through holes ..

5 mm of different for each side, else I won't want to mount it up side down considering the pump have to work harder to pump the water ...

my rad hole uses M3 size...

The problem with this setup would be the side panel could not close fully ..

Although this is what I did yesterday night .... hahaha ..

Would be searching for a 5cm hex bolt to mount the fan internally and still have the gap outside ..

the miss alignment of the rad vertically is by 8mm .. so it has to be mounted slightly away from the case .. to have the tube bent outwards to pass through the holes ...

anyway redo the tubes and rad mount ..

hahaha actually it still can't closed properly but at least I could attach it on..

will be sourcing for better hexagon bolt with 5 cm of length ...so that I could bolt through the fan and reach out to the rad .....

wah.. that's a very large case with dual atx case size ... it comes with tons of accessories .. I think the most out of a case could get ....

haha.. finally our dear cableguys finally move on with some serious mod ..

This was done with drilling out the water tube holes only ...

the side fan u are referring to side patent fan or the air duct ..

if u are referring to side patent fan.. there's no way that it would disturb any tower cooler on standard atx motherboard ..

if u are using micro atx motherboard then it would be hard to tell ... but u could try to bring ur motherboard to the shop and ask could try test fitting or not ..

Yah in most occasion in won't block it no matter what ...

you are absolutely right E-J@1...

It's a bit impossible without major mod and added with other supporting materials..

Usually case with removable tray is easier to achieve BTX mod coz the panel that hold the mobo tray could be detached and swap location ...

However there's always exception, so check the case design both left and right side , if its identical then the chances is higher else it would be difficult.

I don't think got any V1000 selling anymore it's so as plus version all the time now..
