And yeah it's not easy to explain. One has to really b in the entire dpc to experience the pattern. There r times tears won't get u tenant. There r times few queueing to pursuade u for ur unit. Its seasonal.

Town center can't complete b4 R2. To me it must cum later but not too late.

Rental psf in mk is beta than dpc by average but not for those aging condos.

Dpc is more for cap appreciation for now. But I hav to agree tat some mk condos hav beta layout than condos in dpc. Anw I prefer landed here. 😎

Honestly n it's quite fair to say nowadays many ll compare dpc n mk. Dh bangsar lain ciakap ya.

Mk is far more jammed up with traffic. Dpc stil hav serenity eventhou its man made. No doubt it was vely quiet n it was so quiet tat some felt so sked of hantu πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Anw pros n cons everywhere. Nothin is perfect thou n it's quite personal unless comparing the unbeatable kundasang where u get the peace n fresh air n nature.

So far I din c any cheap stock in adiva 2s 3s. Unless u r referring to the courtyard in adiva which is same concept as Adora. Courtyard homes r different species n smaller size hence the entry cost is lower. Courtyard homes r nice for small families. ☺️
