Type B likely be 3 bedder (or 2+1 type) and 3+1 bedder.
This is the sweet spot, big enough for 3 rooms yet not too big until the maintenance fee is too high

Building wise is the same as SB with the "Y" layout. I will say it's the low density of SB version. I opt for type C base on personal preference.

Plot ratio may be controlled by local authority but developer decide unit size and number of units.

My little opinion, not sure others project but for DSP, some people will not think about the density, pricing advise stuff and etc but just need to get a entry ticket to stay in DSP, not all, but I guess some.
