Still, need to take 2 lifts from car to your own main door. What a major hassle

I think only in DPC, the residents (or their hardcore supporters)  paying Rm1m and yet happily live with annexed carpark, take 2 times lift and cross the link bridge.

It is a known fact that DPC condo have a separate car park and you need to walk abit to your unit and take lift twice.

If you think this is not for you, it's fine.
But some of us can accept this and don't mind the exercise.
It's an individual thing. Some are okay with it while others are not.
No right or wrong.

Similarly,  the tandem parking issue in SB and Westside.
I'm not sure if PP will also be tandem parking or side by side or a mix of both.

There are no perfect development, all have their pros and cons just like when you look at your ten fingers, got short and long each with their own strength.

My point is..if you are paying rm1m+, you deserve better designed condo I. e. like Park Regent.. But that's not the case for Dpc condos. And somehow the hardcore supporters think this annex carpark is a good design...

No prob. I am aware the technicalities.

But to say it is good design, good exercise...  

Dun get me wrong... For me PP ticked almost all the boxes... It is definitely good for ppl who missed SB and want to stay in Dpc. Provided they can afford the almost Rm1m price tag.

Anyway maybe ayam too serious. Hardcore supporters pls go on & tok up all dpc condos.

It's terrible design but if people can accept it at that price, by all means go ahead lol..

Maybe we'll need to wait for the rumored assisted living development near ISP 2 for a more efficient design where people only want to take 1 lift to go home.

this cons not a real cons.

DPC residents bare minimum also use tumi or rimowa, roll luggage like floating on air. can do catwalk to the lifts, and luckily got 2 lifts, more time to fashion show 

you must think of the target buyers, the bold and the beautiful 

you big big boss are not condo target buyer lah. but majority of new generation people love a condo in DPC. their alternative is intermediate link house so far away might as well call it outstation.

The right units have priceless view of the wide open sky and the horizon, truly priceless. larger windows than the typical landed houses in malaysia and condo has no ugly window grilles like prison. just press lift button and you have the pool, gym, bbq and g+g compound at your disposal. also nowadays condos have windows on more sides unlike typical landed left-right no windows, so dark. the typical landed no fight at all lah.

PP is the type of home the new generation of buyers value more, because life is not only about parking car in porch and walk into long and narrow, dark layout. so boring. Just my opnion, peace
