I usually ran 3 KM in less than 15min.

1 hour is the max that I had ran, and 10km is only my estimation. If I can maintain the speed, I should have completed at least 12km in 1 hour.

??
A marathoner would've done it in under 45 minutes with a pace of 4.5 min/km or less.
Even me myself not jog much could get pace 6.5-7 on average. That's about an hour. I said approximately.

Marathon runner more likely 4minute 45seconds/mile
Therefore 27 minutes to finishes the 10km

All you clowns saying just because you can do 5mins per km for 1km means u can maintain that pace for 10km straight.

Deh, 10KM in 60 minutes is like amateur.
6 min/KM.

Professional runners are doing like 4mins/KM.

I run everyday. Average speed is 5-6min/KM.

P/S
Attached herewith the last SJMC run.
It rained heavily in the last 2 KM so I ran slowly.
Still recorded pretty good result despite heavy rain.
