Anyway i tested this using free 1gb data on unifi bebas, so safe to say, it reflects the real life performance of unifi air? (uncapped speed)

Locked it to b40 btw

no need lock band if band 40 stronger than band 5. It use band 40 automagically
if unlucky another way around, get router without band 5 or device than can lock band. How ? that depend of device

I'm using Hmanager app. Paired with my Huawei modem. Idk about ZTE though

Strength is around - 100db

use smartphone to check which band 5 or 40 is stronger
dont think zte can change band
fake spec or firmware problem only zte malaysia know.
