Speed slow at my area, upload 4mbps download 4mbps.

My Unifi Air speed tonight at 10:26pm
Using Dlink DWR 921, setting auto all. evening can do 4-5mbps Download speed. if changing router, will effect more?  |

I think Unifi Air not sharing CELCOM tower.
