oh really i just got mine B618 yesterday and till now i dare not start using ! i am wondering does this unifi air shall be good as my streamyx 8MB same as Unifi air Rm 69

i still have 30 days to try but i think my apartment coverage is not under 4G

Can you check which band it use? My area also no coverage even though im using unifi mobile with good speed.
Btw, if I subscribe to unifi air (sim only), can I take the router(with contract) later? I want to try it with my phone first to check the speed. Cant risk to take the router first because I heard to cancel contract need to pay a lot 

b38 can also, there is ppl claimed that by connect through b38, 1 can get the most speed out of it

Just subscribed yesterday with contract for 24month that includes B618 4G Router. My home is out of blue coverage area about 4km(approximately). Manage to get 1bar signal with speed up to 15mbps. I'm satisfied with this spec since other telco that offer unlimited plan is congested in my area. Gonna tune external antenna to get better coverage later.

Edit : Forgot to mention I lock Band 40. Band 5 & band 38 signal is everywhere but use 5mhz spectrum that always congested. Band 40 is for Unifi Air. Unifi Mobile usually will utilise band 5 & 38. That is why coverage map in Unifi Air page is smaller.

Log in to fix manually, or simplest way to manage is to use Hmanager apps on android. you can google the apk files. It is over the net.
