Your one so long. you didn't raise case with Lazada? This is definitely way over the time limit for delivery. Please contact lazada now via Chat. You have to fight with the bot until they let you chat with a human. Just keep spamming I WANT LIVE CHAT or LIVE SUPPORT until somebody attend to you. |

from experience, if or when item are below $10, no cancelation can be done, if more then, then can send it back for refund, postage own pay $3.80.

But you should have received the refund because order is incomplete and time limit is up. Time limit is the expected arrival date in the order form.
