The good thing about fullbody workouts is you don't have to go to the gym as often but you need workout extra hard to cover all the muscle groups.

I'm kinda lazy so I rather go to the gym on different days doing leg, pull, push.

if you have more than 2 days a week to spare for gym - go for a split routin

if you only have 2 days or leess a week - go for full body.

basically this, there is no "best" routine. just find a workout plan that works for you,

What are your goals? To increase strength and endurance or purely muscle gain?

and you can find one by going to the gym and working out biggrin.gif I usually get some ideas for workouts from google and then just add them to my day pla. I am going for a split workout. therefore - figure out what combos you want to make, e.g. biceps +back+ chect etc, then find the workouts for these groups and make sure you watch some videos of how to erform them correctly, then hit the gym.
