Why cannot withdraw? I thought more than RM10 can withdraw to personal bank account? I never try withdraw before, still new to this shopback.

All pending and status on after 75 to 90 days will appear in your wallet , otherwise just pending only.
Got money but can’t withdraw.

If the seller didn't bank in back to Shopback then you wont receive the money. I have withdrawn about Rm400 from Shopback until now.
