Hi all sifu here,

I experienced this, not sure the order is confirmed or not:
after place the order at website, received OTP, keyed in OTP, then what's next? I didn't receive any email or info stating the CC is charged...

Should i place another order?

If i recall correctly, there is one more confirmation page. Meaning first page you do the TAC sms confirmation, then they will take you to one last page where you need to review again your purchase summary and click the order button again.

Finally when succesful, your last page will be something like this:



You will also get an email too.

In your case, i would call CS or chat with them since you're not sure what happened. But doesn't sound like your purchase went through.
