This actually came pre-installed i think. Didn't need to install myself. And to be honest i didn't think i would revisit your post but today i learned that Windows don't have custom EQ settings (it only has the volume mixer which is different). Means you must download separate program if you want to achieve customizing your EQ sound.

Fortunately, Lenovo does come with a method in a program called "Dolby Audio Premium". Should come with all Thinkpads.
