QUOTE(kuci_mayong @ Aug 2 2019, 03:56 PM) [attachmentid=10295104] This is when I'll get it. Funny thing is I think I'll get two cause I cancelled first order cause I wanted to change some configurations. And now they've shipped the first order mouse and backpack too. Same as last year, they cancelled my X1 Carbon 6th Gen, due to no parts and delay. The professional mouse and backpack send 2 times. Cause after 2 weeks ago they said can reorder so end up , I got double. This post has been edited by Benefon: Aug 2 2019, 04:13 PM

QUOTE(kuci_mayong @ Aug 2 2019, 04:07 PM) Just for people info, amd laptop normally don't have thunderbolt port. This is due to some Intel licensing I think. But not big deal for me as I don't use thunderbolt or things like external GPU. Ya never bother about my X395 cause not performance laptop.

This is mine, I didn't know the mouse they offer is different. only regret is I didn't take longer warranty, but I didn't want to spend so much, at first didn't want to go above rm2500.

QUOTE(Benefon @ Aug 2 2019, 02:24 PM) Actually i ordered the e585, but then something happened (can't remember what), and i cancelled it. Either i changed my mind about spending 3k vs 2k, or i needed a laptop ASAP and the e585's delivery date was too long.

QUOTE(kuci_mayong @ Aug 2 2019, 04:01 PM) That's why these amd thinkpads are a big deal. First time a company put in amd in their high end laptops. Before this even Lenovo had the A series to differentiate between T and X series, only difference is like you said, lower spec quality and also lower build quality. But this time the amd version T and X series have all the high end specs that the Intel version has including the military spec test laptop build. Yeah, was interested in the e585 previously, but the A series still had better specs & design than E at that time, but only E series had 15" screens. For me the highlight of the amd thinkpads are the usb c PD, and the full keyboard/trackpad on the 15" models. Looks great to type on.

Nice sharing! I read the replies people are complaining over the amd/ryzen cpu. Well the point here is the 45% discount. You really cant ever get T and X series Thinkpad with that price. Cant even find in retail shop
and is a total business laptop. Good for starbucks companion and spill-drink-worry-free
