Except if it works on models that didn’t got markup due to CITI45, that code is good as useless as you’re paying 20% extra than CITI45 or generic codes.

I spoke to the customer service. Apparently the system error came about when we selected the RM1 3 years warranty. The process is to wait for the customer service in India to email you. You reply that email. Then India will ask sales team in Malaysia to call you. It'll take 2-3 weeks for the laptop to arrive from the time customer service in Malaysia call you.

However my message from lenovo was system error, not unavailability. Bought the X395. Hope this help you guys
